To date the rural landscape has been the traditional setting for wind turbines. Our goal was to integrate this efficient "green" source of energy into the complex landscape that is commercial property. Merging wind technology and water collection systems allows wind power to heat water in storage tanks.

The Urbine system is 100% self sustainable and allows excess energy savings to be funneled back into the commercial properties power grid. It removes the typical energy cost associated with plowing snow, running lights, and maintaining surrounding vegetation. Our aesthetic goal for the Urbine project was to celebrate the engineering. The design language conveys a structured aesthetic well suited to commercial property.
